New requests show the customer’s hourly offer. Accepting a request locks that offer in as the agreed hourly rate and opens private chat so you can coordinate the plan.
Sathivo does not collect payment. Any cash or UPI payment is arranged directly between you and the customer outside Sathivo. Never ask for or share a UPI PIN or OTP.
