1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older. Do not create an account for a minor, invite a minor to a Sathivo interaction, or use Sathivo to contact minors.

2. Platonic means platonic

Do not request, offer, advertise or imply sexual services, escort services, sexual activity or sexually explicit arrangements. Do not pressure another user to turn a platonic booking into a romantic or sexual interaction.

3. Respect consent and boundaries

A “no”, silence, hesitation, cancellation or request to leave must be respected. Never pressure someone to stay, share personal information, consume alcohol/substances, enter a private location, send photos or continue chatting.

4. Treat people with dignity

Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, bullying, humiliation, blackmail, doxxing and intimidation are not allowed.

5. No exploitation, fraud or illegal activity

Do not use Sathivo for trafficking, exploitation, prostitution, fraud, scams, impersonation, theft, illegal goods/services, controlled substances or other unlawful activity. Do not misrepresent your identity, availability or intentions.

6. Safer in-person meetings

• Meet in a public, populated place for a first meeting.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going and when you expect to return.
• Arrange your own transport and keep control of your phone and belongings.
• Do not rely on a profile or email verification as proof of identity.
• Leave immediately if something feels wrong. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

7. Chat and photo safety

Share only content you are comfortable sending. A “view once” feature reduces normal in-app re-opening but cannot guarantee that another person will not capture content using another device or method. Never share government IDs, financial credentials, passwords or OTPs in chat.

8. Privacy

Do not publish another person's phone number, address, workplace, private photos, messages or identifying information without permission. Do not record or distribute an interaction without any consent required by law.

9. Reports and blocking

Use the in-chat block/report controls for safety issues. For urgent account, privacy or technical concerns, use Support. Reports may be reviewed by authorized moderators and can lead to warnings, content removal, listing suspension or account action.

10. Money and direct-payment safety

Sathivo does not collect booking payments. If you choose to pay another user directly by cash or UPI, first confirm the accepted hourly rate and plan. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, banking password or screen-sharing access. Be cautious with advance-payment requests and use your own judgment because Sathivo cannot reverse or refund an off-platform payment.

11. Mental health and emergencies

Everyday conversation on Sathivo is not therapy, medical care, counselling or crisis intervention. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
